Katie Vernon's adorable critter illustrations. <3
hey so I made a comic because I honestly can’t be the only person who thinks about this
Me too. (I plan to write a YA book with a main character who is asexual sometime. I sort of wrote an asexual main character in college too.)
The annoying problem I’ve run into writing about people like me is this.
things I still have no idea how to write: *~*ROMANCE*~*
(because yes, everyone can’t just… NOT EVER fall in love. I kind of cheat by having Established Couples since they’ve already done the tricky part.)
Ill never forget how this book came to me. I was in Borders before it closed down and was looking through the young adult or whatever section this book lives in. i was looking for a book that wasn’t like the others, something that would inspire me.
This guy appears out of nowhere and hands me Trickster’s Choice and says “You would really like this book.” i didn’t look up at him when i took the book. i glanced at the cover, taking barely a second, and looked up to thank him. He was gone. literally without a trace. if he had walked away i would have seen him down the isle, there was literally no way he could have escaped unless he floated over the shelf walls. i hadn’t even heard him leave. he was just GONE.
Still looking around warily with the book clutched to my chest, i decided this was the right book to get. I don’t know who or what that guy was, but he was right. I really liked this book. in fact, i LOVED it.
Whoever you are mystery man, thanks for the suggestion XD
Pretty sure that was Kyprioth.
Sky Whale SharkI got the idea for this image while visiting the Georgia Aquarium. I spent a very long time starting at the enormous whale sharks as they circled the tank and thought their spots looked a bit like stars. The final art was created in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Anonymous asked: Will obtaining an Ace ring let me talk to plants and thus improve my grade in Botany?
most likely! plants will at least recognize your plight and become far more agreeable, which is all you can really ask from plants.
This is especially good news for me.
